    Thanks I got my first real compliment yesterday saw my nephew that I had not seen since April and he was like holy cow aunt barbara you look great you lost a ton of weight .... I mean I have heard other compliments but I really feel like some of these people are just saying it to be nice so I was thrilled over this compliment

    Thanks looking forward to future updates I kinda sat still for a while was gaining and losing the same 5 lbs but I have got my mindset back so now I am back to losing weight
