Hi i'm new here, i have about 20 - 25 lbs to lose and i am 136 lbs!

    Unless you are under 5'2", your goal seems a bit extreme.

    Are you sure you need to lose weight? Perhaps you just need to work on toning.

    I am 5'3 and 133lb now. And I wear size 2-4 (size 0 in ridiculous places like Ann Taylor).

    And I don't think I want to lose more than 6lb. Love how I look.

    However, when I was 130lb before, I did not like how I looked at all. I thought I was flabby and fat. I'm working with a trainer on toning abs, legs, arms and can really see the difference. That body we admire does not come from not eating. It comes from training.

    I know i am a healthy weight, i think i weigh less than 136 actually, maybe around 132, scales are a bit funny.

    But i do a lot of sport, mostly football, table tennis, rugby.. but also netball and hockey.

    I still feel like i need to lose weight, i'm not happy with what i am now, so i don't know, i will lose a bit more and see how i feel, but thanks for the advise!

    Try strength training. That really gives definition.
