hi everyone first for any grammar nazis out there I am sorry I am awful I know lol

i am getting into shape for myself my 9 month old son my soon to be born daughter and my fiance

we want to have a healthier life and be better role models for our kids wish me luck!!!!

    Hi. Am the new girl. I quit smoking 8 months ago, and shocked when I jumped on the scale.My scale and I have always had a love -hate relationship. I'm the girl who has looked at photo's and remembered thinking...shoot..I feel so fat...no matter the #. A perpetual hamster wheel in my head..loose weight to look better.
