I have ventured here behind LoseIt's back. Basically i've used that CC for about a year with pretty horrible results. I'm testing out MFP. It's too soon to tell, and there will be learning curve as I can already see. LoseIt has really been getting under my skin a long time now. Following the calories but not losing and working out 3-4 times a week to see pitiful if any results....

So hopefully that changes. Already MFP claims the calories I should consume are a 200+ difference. About 15, 20 pounds left to lose. Already lost about 10, before it was 15 but it's been yo-yoing a while now. Just hoping I can accomplish this goal already by being healthy about my weight loss, not extreme. It's important to me that the changes I make are ones that I can still do when and if I do reach my goal.

    I can already tell just the food library alone is making me much happier. Now recipes, they'll get kinda tricky. I do cook my own a lot and I imagine transferring meals might be a hassle.
