I'm below my calorie intake towards the end of the day and i'm finding myself EXHAUSTED and spaced out. I recently bought multi-vitamins today and will start taking those tomorrow. I wonder if my calorie intake is too low because im 240 and have 1500 calories. Or is not enough sleep and can I take something like B12 to give me a boost? I hate feeling like this. Need help

Could be the type of foods your eating, or even the times you eat. Maybe your carbs are to low.0

It's hard to tell without looking at your diary. It could be that you're not getting enough sleep, not drinking enough water, not getting enough of a certain macronutrient. I doubt it is the 1500 calorie intake, that's not low enough for you to feel drained.0

yeah I think it might be what i'm eating0

Hey!
Looking at your diary it looks like it's a combo of not eating enough (you're in the negatives for calories in versus calories out, and your already at a 500-1000 calorie deficit from your maintenance calorie goal (TDEE)) AND you're not drinking enough water. With all that exercise, you can definitely expand your food options.
Hope that helps!

eating as clean as possible has really given me tons of energy. lots of healthy proteins nuts fruits and veggies at every meal . lots and lots of water. i also take vitamins b12 being one of them. it could be that your iron is low i would schedule a drs apt just to have your blood work checked out it will be good to look back on once you have lost the weight youll be able to see how your numbers have improved. i would also suggest listening to your body for hunger cues if your stomach is still growling at the end of the night or you dont feel satisfied give your body the fuel it is asking for. im not saying go eat a cake lol just maybe some nuts or a peice of fruit and cheese something healthy . good luck0

First things first, you're gorgeous!
Secondly, don't skimp on calories. For me it helps to have a big breakfast with lots of fiber and protein. I get carbs from unsweetened berries I put in plain Greek yogurt. I'm battling fatigue, too, and we think it's because I have borderline sleep apnea. Not bad idea to get checked out by your doctor, too. A full blood panel will give you a good baseline to see how healthy you've become down the road.
Lastly, open up that diary. it really helps people give you good advice, and as long as you're not eating lard straight from the can, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. (My apologies to the raw lard eaters out there.)
Oops! I see your diary is open. Sorry about that!0
