Where you want to be?

Are you where you want to be? What is holding you back? I have been thinking about this the past week as it's not been my best week. BUT sometimes you have to have those in order to make a jump forward. I didn't give up or give in to things totally. I just know it wasn't a "10" week by any means and sometimes that puts me down. And Again this morning I took time to just slow it down with some self reflection and then stretching and yoga. A good breakfast and getting things done today. I will be ready come Monday for a new week!
SO again I ask you do you have times like this? Are you making progress? Do you check in with yourself once in a while? Do you know what is holding you back?

    I am certainly not where I want to be but I am going to keep working towards it. I stopped tracking etc on MFP and gained weight and so I am back to get rid of what I added and more. Feel free to add me if you want too! :)
