How should i log a crossfit workout?

I do crossfit three times a week and i've been logging it as a circuit training workout..do you guys think there's a more accurate workout i can substitute it as??:ohwell: or is circuit training as close as it gets to crossfit ?

I was about to ask the same thing. I've been putting it under strength training, but it doesn't count as calories burned or towards my workout time goal.0

same here, but I understand why that cant guesstimate, to many variables.
I just tell myself that I do crossfit to be in great shape, and thats the benefit.0 -
I do the same with my Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones dvd. It's 50 minutes but I log it as 30 minutes general circuit training. The calories it gave me when I logged it as 50 minutes seemed too high so I figure its better to be safe than sorry. I don't want to overeat thinking that I burned more calories than I really did.0
