I've recently developed tendonitis in my Achilles tendon. Doctor told me that it'll take quite a while to heal. He also said "no more tread mill" until it's healed.
Besides the stationary bike, which doesn't hurt my tendon, what other cardio can I do? Thoughts?

I am also dealing with an injury in a tendon near the outside of my ankle. I went for a long bike ride today. I would suggest swimming if you can. I am going to search for some seated cardio with weights on youtube later today. I know how frustrating this is- I was up to running almost 7 miles straight, then this happened. And, I don't even think the running did it. I think I strained it doing 30DS. Good luck!0
