dieting with bipolar disorder.

i am looking for someone who can help me. i am trying to stick to my diet and my exercise routine. but i have bipolar disorder. it is really REALLY hard to keep going.. somedays i want to stuff my face with pizza and i don't want to work out. other days i can't leave my house or do much of anything at all. it's rather frustrating and i was wondering if anyone has any tips, or would like to be my buddy along my journey. thanks in advance.

I know on second-hand account how hard it is because my mother had bipolar disorder. The combination of a slowed metabolism from the medication with the increased cravings for food makes it pretty tough.
My suggestion: Get help from a professional with how to control the cravings. Increase your exercise regimen.
