Well I use for my chickens. I got it from a friend who uses it for her horses. It helps reduce stress and maintains good gut acidity.

Apple cider vinegar will not make you lose weight. The liquid is great for hair and when I take apple cider daily in water it helps my acne.

Apple cider vinegar is good for your digestive system. I actually take 1-2 shots of it a day or have it mixed with water and fresh squeezed lemon juice.

On the dieting-side, it supposedly helps curb your appetite when you take the tablets or have a shot of it half an hour or so before you have a meal.

But... http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/apple-cider-vinegar-for-weight-loss/AN01816 and http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/QAA22860/can-you-lose-weight-with-apple-cider-vinegar.html ... lots of other links I can copy-paste here. xD

Apparently it doesn't work. There's no scientific evidence proving it does. But it's still good for you, as long as you don't consume large quantities of it every day.

Apple cider vinegar pills (or the vinegar itself) does not speed up your metabolism. The only things that do that are caffeine (which is only a very slight increase) and building muscle.

I make a gallon of green tea with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice stevia and mio to help level out my blood sugar to prevent after meal spikes (Type 2 diabetic). I brew about 8 green tea bags with 1 gal of water until fully stteped, add 1/2 c acv and 1/2 c lemon juice, 8 pkts of stevia and a squirt of whatever mio I have on hand. The lemon juice I''ve been told also helps break down fat.

Apple cider vinegar with mother is what is good for digestion. Yes, it tastes horrible but you get used to it.

I have a bottle of braggs apple cider vinegar. About 3x a week at night I make a hot water drink with 2 tablespoons acv and 1 tablespoon honey. I don't think it's bad for you, it might be good for you, and it certainly stops me from drinking a glass of red wine...which is what i really want but has more calories.

I'm not going to give my 2 cents worth on if it works but to remind those trying it full strength. Its not a good for your teeth so proper dilution if you are going to take it.
