I'm back with a new name... Again!!!

I haven't fell off the wagon just busy figuring out my life and didn't have the time or desire to log my progress.
I'm almost an empty nester and I think I'm ready to pursue my dreams! Those dreams involve getting in top physical condition and helping others reach their goals as well.
