help deciding a workout plan and meal plan for weightloss

im deciding between insanity,zumba,and one of jillian michaels workout they all have meal plans I have done insanity last year along with zumba I was able to follow that meal plan and also replaced the snacks with shakeology but this time I am working hard to follow meal plans and wondering if anyone had substitution ideas and which plan is best for weight loss of course I will maintain I recently had a baby and also have thyroid condition also looking for support group

The best program is the one you will stick to. If you'd stick to all of them, then the one you will enjoy the most. I'm not familiar with any of the diet plans, but a good diet plan will not require you to cut out food groups or starve yourself.
IMO insanity or jillian michaels would probably be better for the fact that they would promote more strength gain than zumba. How did insanity work for you last year? Were you happy with the results? If so, go for it again!0 -
Yeah it worked for me but as far as meal plan I won't be able to follow it due to work I decided I'll do ripped in 30 along with Zumba then after that start insanity0

Insanity worked for me a few years ago. I found it pretty easy to stick to the diet plan and the workouts. Don't get me wrong. The workouts were INTENSE to say the least. But I really enjoyed them. I have never tried Zumba so I don't know how that would work. I'm thinking about trying Zumba for a while just to see how my body reacts to it.0

Why not try them all. I realize you are looking to stick to the meal plan that's geared to your particular workout but if you have them all, try mixing up the meals (providing they're all withing the same nutritional value) that way you would have your own customized meal plan and you may be able to substitute ingredients that you don't like.0

Yea I decided to do them all I did insanity last yet and it help me reach my goal of 140 but then I got pregnant Zumba and yoga helped me shed the first 15 lbs but I was over weight so now I'm thinking of doing Zumba and ripped in 30 for this month an in sept start insanity and well I couldn't find a good meal plan I think ima just try to make up my own thanks guys anyone doing workouts right now ?0
