Accurate calorie burn...

I feel like mfp and endomondo calculates a higher calorie burn than what's accurate. Either that or my Garmin FR70 is too low. I guess I would rather track a lower calorie burn than a higher one.

    MFP numbers are too high. When I compared the number MFP gave me to the number on my heart rate monitor, I noticed I was burning approximately 1/2 amount of calories that MFP was saying I was burning. So, if you only use MFP to calculate your calories burn, I would cut it in half.
