    My favourite would be apple or rhubarb crumble and custard (does such a thing exist outside of the UK?). Or even chocolate fudge cake. But I am being a good boy and not eating too much of that stuff at the moment.

    For breakfast it would have to be a typical British breakfast of sausages, poached egg, bacon, fried bread, baked beans and tinned tomatoes. With toast as well of course.

    As my Facebook friends can tell you, I'm constantly looking at food porn. I have been known to share food pictures with them. For me, unless I'm having a bad day all I have to do is look at it and I'm good, looking does count as calorie intake.
