Hi everyone,
I am 5'4 1/2" and 127.6 (today was my weigh in today, so that's why I'm being specific
and I'm about six pounds away from my goal. I've been eating at TDEE -20%, which is about 1650, and losing steadily, but the closer to goal I get I know I need to up my calories. If I eat TDEE -15% I need to eat close to 1800 calories so I'm just wondering if people are still losing with that amount.

I'm a bit taller than you, but I lost plenty o' fat and my last 10lbs on 1800+ a day. Trust the math and have patience - if your numbers are all entered correctly, you're good to go, the hard part is being patient when you're so close to goal. I actually got to the point where the goal weight didn't matter anymore, I just loved the fact that the fat was coming off, I was buying clothes in smaller sizes than I ever thought I would, and feeling and looking better than ever! :bigsmile:0

I'm 5'2", and 41 years old. Most days I'm eating around 1700, and I'm still losing.0

I ate over 3000 today (and was still at a deficit), and never eat less than 2000 a day. I've lost over 3% body fat in the last two months this way.0

My stats are similar to yours (5 ft 4, currently 131.5 with 5.5 more to go) and I aim for 1,700 a Fay. However I often go over a Fe hundred at the weekend and that doesn't affect my weight loss.
It couldn't do any harm to try 1,800+ for a few weeks. You'd still be eating at a deficit - worse case scenario it'd just slow down your weight loss but you shouldn't put any weight on.0 -
1850 x 7 - 2000 / 7 = 1564 average net calories over the week. That's my goal.
I'm 23, 5'4" and female.0 -
I'm losing 1-2 pounds every week for the past 10 weeks or so and I'm on 1800-2000 per day.0

I already lost 2lbs on 2,090/day. Of course I try to stay under 2,000 but yes.0
