5'1 don't forget the half :)

I have been using my fitness pal since last March. I love this app. Lost forty pounds, recently regained ten . (If I am being honest) :)
Looking for some short women to join my in my journey. Goal is to lose about thirty pounds. I am 5'1 and a half and weigh about 150. I can REALLY feel these ten I put on. Please tell me how you are doing and what your goals are.

  • Hello i just got serious on mfp and i still need more to loose as well, i am 5'0ft short and weigh 139 ... my 1st goal is to reach 120lbs 2nd gal 110lbs and so on ... right now all im doing is eating healthy my way, i cant work out until i heel from a c section =[

    I'm 5"2 also wanting to drop about 30. I try work out about 4 times a week.... 2 strength and 2 cardio sessions (spinning) and have been eating my exercise calories up until now but have decided to to try not eating them for a while to see what happens:smile: feel free to add me!
