Hey everyone.

Last week I bought a new digital scale that calculates body fat, muscle mass, etc.

Well, stood on it today and it said I was 112lbs! ( I'm about 108-9 on my old scales ) then moved it to another part of the floor: 120lbs!! Moved it around the whole house and got every result under the sun.

It also said my body fat is 10%. ( bwhahahaah!! )

Anyone made a terrible purchase like this? £13 on Ebay and basically a piece of junk. It says you need a level floor, tried everything from all the wooden flooring to the slabs in the garden and cant get an accurate result.

Guess I'll be popping into the local swimming pool for an accurate weigh in from now on!

Have looked it up and it sees a lot of people have trouble with digital scales.

It says use a flat surface. Well my whole bottom floor is laminate and tiles. I know the floor may be uneven but which bit is flat and giving the right results! haha

Unfortunately, you sometimes get what you pay for. Even the expensive body fat scales can be inaccurate, the cheapies can be worse than useless!
