I am not sure what to say to help get you through this but I know what you are going through. You are not alone. But keep your head up.0

Once a month I get the "I am done" moment when I just don't care anymore. I usually take a day off (or three) from exercise and just regroup. Then change up my exercise routine. I went from just walking to adding in 30 Day Shred and lifting some heavy-for-me-but-still-barbie weights. It will get better! Don't give up!0

Just keep swimming. I know it sounds really trite, but I find on my low days I just try to keep my head above the water.0

don't think about reaching goals, think about what you'd be without at least trying to keep from gaining more weight. That's what keeps me going, yeah it might be a long road to get it all off but what's the alternative? Getting fatter? Ending up sick with heart problems and diabetes and weird body rashes?
yah gotta just keep plugging away0 -
it happens, so get used to it. maybe its the food you are consuming, sometimes if your drinking too much coffee it will incite mood swings, maybe nothing exciting is happening in your life, so you feel uninspired. make a vision board, go thru magazines, old photo's anything with words and pictures and while your reflecting on what you're putting your body thru to get to an ultimate goal.
seriously though meditation or a chant...google some inspirational chants0 -
That feeling hit me hard this week, and it is only week 2! I got through it by still doing the workouts, though I didn't really want to, and I didn't have good intensity. I would feel a little bit better after doing it, which got me through the next workout. Honestly, if I wasn't doing Focus T25, or a similar workout under 30 minutes, I wouldn't have been able to make myself do them. Today I changed it up and did 50 minutes of yoga instead of the Focus T25 Stretch, and felt AMAZING! My motivation is back and I worked really hard concentrating on all the poses and perfecting my form. Try changing up your routine by doing a new type of exercise, or a physical activity you enjoy that is something you want to do instead something you have to do.
Fake it till you make!

I've still been eating cleaning...no coffee for me, I think it's because I've been doing demos for 6 hours straight & don't get a 30minute to at least eat, so I feel sluggish, & bloated by the end of the day & just want to cry, today I pushed through after my demo & ran a mil & a half & feel much better0

Eating clean is what I meant. Ah tomorrow is Monday, I'll be back on track, I can't wait.0 -
Unless you can adhere to eating clean the rest of your life, then you're probably feeling the remorse from abstaining from foods you like. I'd say keep it up if you can do this forever. If not, the reconsider a different approach.
Any diet approach works if you stick with it. Sustaining is the true challenge. I'm not trying to dissuade you from clean eating, but if you think that after all is said and done at goal weight and decide cake and ice cream are fine again, you may have a rude awaking when the weight returns.
This is coming from years of experience with clients who went through the same. For clients, I don't endorse or make any diet plan for them. I just set a calorie goal and make sure to hold them accountable to not exceed it.

No way I could take a week off! I'm a dog walker, dog sitter, I'm always active. I also don't use a gym, I use body weight exercises & my punching bag on top of dog walking0 -

Oh I absolutely LOVE clean eating, if i do get a craving for bad food, I make a clean version of it or I drink water, think about, & make a healthier choice. Idk I think I'm just over exerted myself
This weekend. I'll be okay, just needed a little place to vent & I'm sure PMS doesn't help. Ha!!0 -
We're both 5'11 and I want to lose 30 more pounds! We are in similar boats here, How much do you weigh? What is your goal weight?
I am a unmotivated week last week but I am ready to KILL this week, it comes and goes.0 -

Dog walking isnt working out.
Walking is one of the quickest things the body adapts to aside from caloric intake.
Ever see a fat waitress?
You get my point.
Walk the dogs but lay off anything physically demanding for a few days.
Sleep well and unwind.
Trust me when I say this: When you have a strong inclination to not train, you need a break.0 -

Well looks like my motivation is back today'! & yes dog walking which I mostly jog/walk & do intervals is part of working out, & then do body weight exercises afterwards. Thanks. I've done pretty well for myself according to my 3 weeks progress pictures. Yesterday at work just wore me to exhaustion, & I felt I lost it.0
