Don't worry about it at all. Everyone seems to drop a lot of weight when they first start working out and eating at a deficit. If I am remembering correctly, it is because the body is burning through its glycogen stores. I lost about 14 pounds my first week!0

Agree. You burn through your glycogen stores in the first week or two, and since glycogen is bonded to water, you shed a lot of water weight. As long as it slows down soon, I wouldn't worry about it.0

I just got back on track after a couple of months slacking off and gaining 4.5 kg. Here I am one week after getting back to tracking and eating my 1300-1500 a day and I lost 3kg (6.6lbs) in that week. So yup, very normal!0
