      I'd suggest doing a 'find members' search and refining it specific to your area.... say 25-50 miles from home? that'll getcha some grocery tips I think...good luck

      Started out at 23st 3lb, now down to 12st 12lb. The last 2 stone being lost through using fitnesspal
