Ok so I started off on the lightest weights I have. I managed to grab a couple of minutes whilst the kids were otherwise occupied and I did 20 x bicep curls 20 x front elevations and 30 x side elevations (Yes I know that isn't a lot). Should I be doing that more than once a day?

I think you should be doing less reps with heavier weights. I used to do a bunch of reps with 5lb weights, now i lift heavier with less reps & see much better results.0

Thanks for that it made me
I will try with the heavier ones later if I get the chance. How long should I be doing? I seriously do not have a great deal of upper body strength and I'm hoping this will help me with that aswell as toning and trimming.
