this time is the last time

I have tried countless times to lose weight but this time is going to be for the last time. I have 63lbs to lose before my graduation next June! any advice or support would be greatly appreciated :D

  • write down everything you eat in a day. there are many apps for that if you have a smart phone. Also put your workouts ON your calendar. if you schedule them you are more likely to do them. and before you begin anything clean out your cabinets of easy to go to junk foods ect. and have a buddy doing the same thing as you !
