    49 in August. Looking to be officially out of the "obese" category by that time! (Mid range goal of 175). I love to bike as my main cardio, calorie-burning exercise. I also love to cook!

    49 here! It was alot easier to lose in my 20's and even my 30's....but determined to get myself back on track. My husband (same age) insist we will not be the whiney ones complaining about our weight and helth but not willing to do something about it! Celebrating 50 in Puerto Rico and need to look fabulous!
