Just started myfitnesspal today

I have lost and gained 80-100 pounds about 5 times since the late 90's. After 2 knee surgeries last summer and back surgery in the fall, I have put all of my weight (and more) since the beginning of the year. Time to lose this weight. I have done just about every program, and I want one that makes sense. This one seems to be so natural...so easy to do. Here we go! Can always use new friends and support...and vice versa...so say Hi! I wish everyone the best of luck on their journey to a better you!

    Welcome! My husband and I have been using MFP off and on for a while, but we rededicated ourselves to losing weight and getting in shape a week ago. It really helps me stay on track and keep pushing forward. I'm more dedicated and determined this time than I have been in years. I'm tired of going up and down. We can do it! Wishing you the best!
