What's your definition of "healthy"? Ice cream has lots of sugar, but there's nothing inherently "unhealthy" about it, really. And what's wrong with pasta? I know there's carb haters out there, but pasta is fine in moderation, and you can get whole grain varieties.
Fattier fish like salmon
Meat of all kinds, use the fattier versions of steak and ground beef, but chicken/poultry and pork are good, too, you just may need to consume more
Full fat dairy (Yogurt, cheese, milk, etc.)
Nuts/Seeds and nut/seed butters
Avocado
Use oil to cook with
You can also just eat more of lower cal diet staples like chicken, shrimp, fruits and veggies.0 -

Full-fat versions of everything. Real butter, cream, stay away from those 100 calorie crap snacks.0

Most people don't understand the concept of taking dose and context into consideration and instead label foods as either healthy or unhealthy like the ignorant people they are0
