Asda own Slim Fast

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has tried this and if it worked!

I have 8 weeks till my wedding and this last stone is really difficult to get rid of?!
Hoping this might restart my weight loss as already lost 25lbs!

Thanks

I've just been to their website and saw that the ready made shakes are about 214 cals for the carton, although they do have a good few vitamins in the ingredients, I might pick one up and see what I think although after my disastrous juice diet I am sort of thinking that I could just eat 3portions of fruit for that cal content. I am in my last stone and it is laborious, I got talking to another girl on here and she said that if you really want to shift lbs then give up bread as the raising agents in it are actually addictive and bloat you up, I am also only drinking water-every bit counts!

I'll get one tomorrow evening and let you know what I think!

phd diet whey would be a good choice, your both UK ladies right? its 182 cals for 2 scoops of the stuff and its awesome, helps with controlling meals and has almost no sugar. Its great with coconut water :) im enjoying some now as I type XD really great stuff! only downside is if your Gluten intolerant you cant take it
