I've been stuck at around the 170 (give or take a couple of pounds) mark for 3 months. I was constantly hungry (mind you, that I eat all of my exercise calories), so I decided to raise my calorie intake to maintenance. I'm raising it because I'm starting New Rules of Lifting for Women and it was recommended to eat at or above maintenance. I was 167.5 this morning, after eating at or above maintenance for the week. I'm pretty stoked about that, since I've not seen that number.

I'm going to keep an eye on it and see if I go down anymore or if at least my inches drop. Anyway, I just thought it was interesting.
