SOUL CYCLE

i had my first soul cycle experience saturday afternoon and LOVED IT! i can't wait to go back - i already reserved my spot for this saturday and might even try to go one night this week. anybody else go to soul cycle? i know its growing and they are continuing to open up new locations :)

    I've taken a spin class. It was fun. Why do they need to complicate it?
    (Soul cycle is: stationary bike; but with hand weights too; loud music.)

    i think it started on the east coast, but they have 4 or 5 on the west coast and are opening up more locations :)

    I'm a HUGE fan of SoulCycle! I usually go 1-2x a week. There was a point when I was doing 3-5x a week, but that was just soo expensive!
