Hello to all am new here and hoping that I can lose weight and get lots of help here I would like to loss in total 50-80lbs. I love to eat bread white or potato and white rice drink a lot of reg Pepsi don't like to exercise and don't where to being also don't like wheat anything that is good for you hopefully I can lean from some of you here and get on a good track.
