Low Calorie Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms *YUM*

I have been experimenting with a lot of mushroom recipes lately and I think this one takes the cake. It is absolutely delicious and filling. Did I mention the cheesy goodness inside the mushroom???

Ingredients (Serves 4 People):

-4 medium portabella mushroom caps, gills removed
- 4 tablespoons of Kraft 95% fat free cream cheese (you can use full fat cream cheese - low fat just saves on calories!)
- 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup part skim mozza/cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- pinch of pepper
-pinch of paprika
-4 tablespoons of real bacon bits

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cottage cheese; blend until smooth. Add onion, garlic, pepper, paprika and bacon bits. Once mixed up, distribute filling to portabella mushrooms. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Once 10 minutes is up, take mushrooms out, top with shredded cheese and pop back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

These are only 154 calories each! 8 grams of carbs with a whopping 16grams of protien!!!
