Fro Yo...do you believe the posted calorie content?

Today my options were limited for lunch, and I was hungry, tired, and short on time. I caved and had a "carb-lite" frozen yogurt.
The 8 oz size that really holds 16 ounces, was supposedly only 152 calories...total!!
I was full after 16 ounces, and wasn't really that hungry for dinner.
By the time dinner rolled around I'd consumed a total of 520 calories - usually it's more like 820 of real food, and I'm hungry for dinner.
This leads me to believe that the calories on the fro yo were incorrect. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

i think theres typically 100 cals per 4 oz serving of froyo, but it depends on the flavor, etc0

i'm guessing it was that for the 8 oz. NSA froyo is around 80 cals per half cup (4 oz).0

I have some yoplait greek frozen yogurt and the back of it says that 1/2 a cup is 140 calories. I think it will depend on the brand though.0

It's not listed on MFP, and I didn't think to ask the store clerk for the original container. I wonder what he would have said!
They had the nutrient info posted at the counter: 38 cals for 4 ounces.0 -
