30 Day Shred Stories

Hey everyone! Just wanted too hear some of your stories about The 30 Day Shred. I started it last summer and did it for a couple for weeks and lost roughly about 10 pounds.. Well today I started it again, I want to loose 45 pounds by next summer for my wedding. So I know I can do it :) I love the 30 day shred! But When I did level 2 and level 3 I found that I wasn't sweating as much as level 1.. I just felt like it wasn't really working.. But this time around I'm going to try it out again so hopefully I get some results! I'd love to hear some of your stories and love to hear how much weight you've lost. Thanks :smile:

    I just finished my first day on Level 1 literally 90 minutes ago. I was a bit disappointed since my HRM said I only burned 193 calories - I was really hoping for more! However, my shoulders are still shaking a bit, so I have a feeling tomorrow will be painful!

    Thanks for sharing that it worked well for you last time. That's great to hear! I'll fill you in as I go along the levels (missing 5 days next week since I'll be on vacation). Feel free to send me a friend invitation and I'll encourage you along!
