This is my first time posting, and I have to admit - nervous is an understatement.
After years of saying I was going to do it I finally buckled down and kicked my *kitten* into high gear! I started lifting heavy, making a huge diet change, and doing frequent hikes with my family in March and I feel like the time has absolutely flown by. I've passed my halfway point, and I really just wanted to share!
I started at 212 lbs, size 16 (almost 18) and am now 173 in a size 10!
