    AWESOME!!!! Way to go! I have lost 38 pounds now! I am shooting for little goals at a time then when I hit those I make a new one. Latest goal is to lose 5 lbs by September 15........

    Congrats!! I have just begun the program, hopefully I will get some results. My goal is to lose 5lbs by Sept 20. Then I can start the next 5lbs.
