My story so far
I'm an Aussie & I had been in a slump for maybe 5 years. I don't know if i was depressed or if i simply gave up on myself but the end result was that i really let myself go. Last year i sort of woke up and thought if i keep going down this path of binge eating junk i would end up eating myself to death so that was my motivation. I set a goal to get within my heights Body Mass Index, as i weighed 114kg / 251 pounds which was categorized as Obese and i didn't think that was good.

So it began...

Hit my goal of being inside my heights BMI of "normal weight" lost 1kg / 2.2 pounds

Currently
Currently its the end of July and i want to lose a bit more and try to get more fit, ideally get my fitness up to a point where i can run some marathons and try to look a bit better. I've just started using myfitnesspal and i'm tracking my calories, meals and exercise in unison with RUnKeeper. My runkeeper stats are

TOTAL DISTANCE: 1,600 km / 994 miles
TOTAL CALORIES: 115,510

I thought those stats were kind of cool. I am hoping tracking calories and keeping the food diary will help me shave off some more weight.

Well i hope that entertained someone, thanks for reading and i'l post more pics and stuff as it happens
