I have digital scales which measure body fat percentage however as my weight varies by half a stone or more depending on where they are on the floor and the percentage goes crazy I have no faith in them. Are callipers for measuring body fat any good? More accurate? I'm in the UK (so using UK websites/stores) can anyone recommend a place to get some please?

Callipers are accurate if you measure correctly and consistently (does take practice though) I use Accu measure callipers, that were a fiver off amazon. These were recommended by quite a few fitness sites. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000G7YW74/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=10

My scales do exactly the same, every time I move them they change, very frustrating, I now go to boots and use their body fat scales every week!0

I also use the Accu-Measure calipers in addition to my Aria scale from FitBit. So far, they seem to be in sync with each other!0
