Fairly new to this site and just love it! GREAT tools for FREE! I have lost 12.5 pounds in the last 7 weeks and have 3 more to go. I love the food tracking data base! Now I'm trying to get motivated for exercise. Curves sounds very appealing but there are none close to my home (bummer!)... I guess walking will have to do ~ Any suggestions for an overall workout? Thank you!:smile:

    congrats on the weight loss, I do walking, swimming, wii fit plus , bicycling and workout videos that I find online they have free ones on youtube and exercise tv . I hope this helps
