Hello,
I was just wondering if any of you could tell me if coffee is going to slow down my weightloss. I Stick to BLACK coffee and do not put any thing in it. Also, does it matter how many cups a day i drink?? I had never drank it before and just started to and i absolutly LOVE it... BUT if it is going to screw up my weightloss then its really not worth it.. Let me know, Thanks!

The caffeine normally helps with weight loss. It is in every diet pill concoction out there. Just be careful to drink plenty of water since it is also a diuretic.0
