Hi, I'm just getting started with an at-home exercise program. Any suggestions for a site that outlines proper technique for crunches, lunges, planks, step-ups, etc.? Thanks.

Youtube. Scott Herman's stuff is pretty good.
    EliteFTS is great.

    Follow this link:

Search for exercise guides. You can type in any exercise you're looking to do. And you can learn new moves too!

Or just google/you tube the exercise.

Look for anything by Rippetoe or the "So you think you can squat" video series (there's also a bench version).

Gymgoal is a good app that shows the exercises in a simple video format, as well as being able to customize your workouts and keep track of your progress.
