Help!

I am 5'6" & 3/4 and I weigh 144lbs. I haven't really changed the foods I am eating, but I have cut down on intake. I want to start eating healthy, so I can get down to 130lbs! What are your suggestions for the best foods to start eating and the foods to definitely get rid of. I'm open for anything, so please give me your best ideas! I really want to feel amazing about myself! Thank you so much.

    What I started with was, just increasing the amount of low calorie food (the healthy ones) and slowly cutting out trans fat and sugar. Making healthy versions of the bad food, and Drinking LOTS of water.
