So I found this recipe:

http://bakingbites.com/2013/01/crispy-biscoff-cookies/

And I made them. If you like TJ's cookie butter, and make these you will want to be my new best friend. The recipe works out to 141 cals a piece if you make 12 cookies, this recipe actually makes between 12-16 decently sized cookies. It says 2 dozen, but they are really, really small. If you make 24, they'd be 70 calories a piece. PERFECT for satisfying a sweet tooth and getting your cookie butter fix. They are AMAZING!!

Crunchy Cookie Butter Cookies
1 cup cookie butter or Biscoff spread
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat together all ingredients until mixture is well combined.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2-inches between the dough balls to allow room for them to spread.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until cookies are golden brown and set at the edges.
Cool on pan for 4-5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Perfect "treat food". You're welcome.
