So day two into this madness

I am doing the best I can. I love bread... love food it's my weakness. However I have finally STARTED on my weight loss journey yet again. So hopefully I can do better this time. I am working very hard on not giving in to my binge eating and go low carb... 90 carbs a day is better than just eating what I want right? I did this once for 2 months and lost 30lbs I just hope that I can get myself in gear and do this thing... maybe even add exercise. Ignoring the problem doesn't make it go away.

  • Good luck to you. I am a yo-yo dieter, just gained back what I worked so hard to lose. So I am, in a way, also beginning again.

    Why go low carb if you love carbs? Carbs don't make people fat, excess calories do.
