I've got my first appointment with the Glasgow Weight Managent Clinic on Friday morning...Eek! It's for a formal assesment. If I choose to commit to the two year programme, I will be monitored closely by a dietitian a psychologist and a physiotherapist. I'm more determined than ever before to lose weight and get healthy! Cant wait to be able to go clothes shopping and not have to go straight to the frumpy plus size section! Hehe!

    Yes cottonz, it's an NHS clinic. It's a two year programme. Looks pretty tough! You have to be 100% commited though. If you miss a session without a good reason, you're kicked off the course. Same applies if you fail to meet the weight loss targets they set you. Going to be hard work, but I really want to do it! And I'll have a whole team of specialists to help me! Hehe! My gran started the programme a year ago and has done really well on it. She's lost 33 pounds AND kept it off! She's my inspiration!
