to using this website, but so far I can see the benefits of logging everything I eat. I have a question that might seem a little silly. My friend and I were looking up different foods and seen there was Eileen's cookies does anyone know if these are the correct calories for the Eileen's cookies in Omaha, NE? Just curious because of course on Thursday, the day before I decide to start my official weight loss plans, someone brings us Eileen's cookies which are of course to die for. I just want to make sure that if I give in to temptation that I am accurately counting the right calories. Thanks for all your help in advance.

    I cant tell you about the cookies but i know most of the food on here have accurate calories count.

    Hello and welcome to MFP, not sure about the cookie calories either, maybe you can google them and then compare, but for the most part I find this site usually dead on.
