I loved that, so many things people believe in and sometimes common sense works. I never read that particular idea of "Common Sense". People who have dieted for years know it, they just don't want to do it, where they might miss something SPECTACULAR, involving weight loss. There is nothing out there like that , which would last.0

#48 had me rolling LOL. I didn't expect to see Soylent on the list. This list is great. I think it shows how complicated our bodies are and to complicate things more how different our bodies are from each other. On top of that, the scientists and professionals aren't even certain. When one medical study comes out supporting this food or diet there's another study that says the opposite. Its a trial and error process to find out what your body responds to the trick is not to get discouraged during the learning process.0
