Back on MFP after being away for a while. I started the DASH diet two days ago and am wondering if anyone else is using it. Would like to add some friends who need and can offer support. :smile:

    I just got the book and read it today. I am going to be starting the Dash Diet Weight Loss Solution, but haven't started yet. Planning to use MFP just to keep an eye on calories and making sure I'm getting my nutrients.

    For those of you who are doing this diet, how is it working? Is it as expensive to do as it sounds with the price of meat as high as it is?
