You have taken the first step, that's joining MFP. Now I want you to take the next step, being my friend. I want to be there to help you succeed in becoming the new person you want to become and I believe in you!

I log in every single day and my diary is open. I post witty and funny things to brighten your day along with my own personal thoughts about weight loss. So feel free to add me!

Sincerely,

Dru

I'm looking to lose about 120 pounds. I've lost 11 so far but I have such a long way to go it gets very discouraging. I'd love to have some encouragement and find out how other people have lost weight. I had lost 25 pounds but gained some of it back. A friend of mine told me about myfitnesspal so I just started it today. Maybe by keeping track of what I'm eating will help me.
