Hi everyone,

I have been on a diet for 7 years (since I had my eldest son) and of course here I am, still overweight and grumpy about it! I have recently had a change of thinking and I am refusing to diet anymore.

Role on my decision to do Insanity to kick things off, I am following the eating plan and am on week 3. I haven't lost any weight BUT I feel good and I feel HEALTHY! I am loving the plan so far and I know this is the way I can continue for life, exercise but and eat healthy but with an occasional not everyday treat!

Why have I been on a diet for so long before this? It's the emotional attachment, before my children I didn't eat properly and starved myself to control emotions, after the kids I went the other way and comfort ate instead. So I have had a battle but I do feel I am overcoming this slightly.

Good luck everyone on their own personal journey :-)

Fellow runner here, although I have never done Insanity.

Good luck with your journey! :flowerforyou:

I have Done Insanity and I am a runner. I am actually doing an Insanity/running Hybrid now.

Greater results come in month two. Be patient and ith a proper diet it will happen:-).
