Hi Guys,

Very nearly at goal and wanted to share my progress, its been long and hard but so worth it and would really wish everybody luck on getting to goal, hang in there! MFP is the best thing that ever happened to me, and will continue to use it to maintain my weight once i have decided whether to stick at 65kg or go down to 60!!!!

    hiya, uploaded them to photobucket and then just copied and pasted in the img codes provided on photobucket, just make sure yu change the uppercase IMG to lowercase (img).

    Fantastic!!!! By the way 1stone = 14lbs for the person that asked.... so 4 stone= 56 lbs :-)
