    Better to fire her than subject her to your creepy sexual harassment. It sucks but some states you don't need a reason to fire people, not sure why he told her the reason, dumb business decision.

    I'm not saying what the guy did was right, but it is his business and practice.

    I hate to say it, but I agree with the decision. She wasn't fired for being "irresistible", she was fired because the owner was lusting after her and his wife became jealous and demanded he have no interaction with her if he wanted to save the marriage.
